Macaroni and Homemade Vegan Cheese Down Home Casserole

I scan the pantry, the fridge, and freezer frequently to see what I can come up with using the produce or whatever is expiring soon so nothing is wasted. It was cold yesterday in Santa Rosa, California and I felt like some comfort food. I happened to have all of the ingredients to make a modified version of the tastiest Macaroni and Cheese evah.

This is a new web site and I'm on the road

I’m working on this web site while I get ready to move to California. I am closed from 15 March to 20th April.
This is a new blog and none of the stuff in my old one was worth keeping, so I'm starting fresh. After I settle in CA, I hope to load this up with interesting stuff (if/when I get time).

Hosting and Registration Basics

Registration is like getting your business name set up with your local government (but it’s a thousand times easier). Registration is separate from web hosting. Web hosting and domain registration are two different services and products. There are a lot of registrars out there and all of them, without exception, sell you crap you don’t need. Supersize what? I recommend getting your registration with GoDaddy.com and do NOT get their hosting, email, or any other package. Most of the upselling is totally unnecessary and there’s much better stuff out there for similar costs.
