Vegan Low Fat (really low) nutrient dense tasty salad dressing

Nutritional Yeast flakes are not powder and not Brewer's Yeast. Nutritional Yeast by Red Star or Kal is loaded with B12.

Make your salad.

In a bowl or cup:

3-4 table spoons of water
1/8-1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (more or less to taste)
1 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos (more or less)

Mix and dunk or dump on the salad.

If you're not caring about a little fat, mix in 1 teaspoon of Veganaise or Flax oil. Flax is a great source of Omega 3. Walnuts, and many other veggies sources are good too, see this link. Fish have high amounts of Omega 3 because of the food they eat, we can skip the fish and eat the food they eat too. The oceans are being depleted and fish are full of mercury -- bad for the brain.
