Here are a few of my favorite quotes by Mahatma Gandhi:

  • pleasure without conscience,
  • knowledge without character,
  • commerce without morality,
  • science without humanity,
  • worship without sacrifice,
  • and politics without principle.

The earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed.

What we are doing to the forests of the world is but a mirror reflection of what we are doing to ourselves and to one another.
