Inspiration and Motivation for Fat / Weight Loss

My prose may not be "all that" but I'm writing and hope to do more. My first article is:

Motivation and Inspiration for Weight / Fat Loss

To help motivate and inspire me to get fit and to lose a lot of fat, I have four main mantras that I repeat to myself. Using these everyday, I went from size 14/16 to size 3/4 in about 9 months. I'm going to explore them a little because I think you'll find that motivation and inspiration come from understanding and using them. These mantras are applicable toward any endeavor: spiritual, academic, or physical.
